NZ National Archive Building uses Telescopic Panels for high fire rating

When completed, the new purpose-built New Zealand National Archive Building will protect our record of government and taonga like the Treaty of Waitangi and Women’s Suffrage petition. 
 
This building requires the highest standards of fire protection, and to help achieve this Rollforming Services’ Telescopic Panels has been used in the bulkhead fit-out.

Roll-formed steel is often used in fire-resistant construction, and with our Telescopic Panels it is also easier and faster to complete. 
 
To achieve the high fire protection standards required, Telescopic Panels have been used for the bulkhead fit out. This smart solution makes quick work of infill steel framing around the structural beams and in between the concrete floor decking system.   
 
This is time-consuming work using traditional methods, but with Telescopic Panels it can be completed in a fraction of the time. The framing adjusts to the tight spaces without any remeasuring and cutting.
